By using LawPulse you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

LawPulse is a technology platform that matches individuals with independent, verified, licensed attorneys and facilitates scheduling and payment. LawPulse is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not provide legal advice or representation.

No attorney–client relationship with LawPulse

Any attorney–client relationship is solely between you and the attorney you engage. Attorneys are independent professionals responsible for their own advice, conduct, and compliance with applicable bar rules.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Attorneys must maintain a valid license and pass verification before appearing on the platform.

Fees

Clients pay the attorney's consultation fee (which passes through to the attorney) plus a flat LawPulse booking fee. LawPulse's fee is always flat — never a percentage of your legal costs or recovery. Attorney lead fees are flat and disclosed. Taxes may apply.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by our third-party provider. The flat booking fee may be refunded in defined cases (e.g. attorney no-show) per our refund process; consultation fees are handled separately between you and the attorney.

Prohibited use

No unlawful use, misrepresentation, scraping, or attempts to solicit outside the platform to avoid fees. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawPulse is not liable for the acts, advice, or outcomes of any attorney, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Jurisdiction & changes

Availability varies by jurisdiction and is subject to local regulation of lawyer-referral services. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your service agreement.
